چکیده
Aim: to evaluate prognostic factors in colorectal cancer. Material and methods: published data (publications PubMed, Scopus, eLIBRARY databases) own results of treatment 47 patients with T2-4N0-2M0 colon cancer 2017–2018. The following were studied: metastasis regional lymph nodes, tumor site, CEA level, KRAS BRAF mutation status, microsatellite instability, MUSASHI2, p53, VEGF. Results: a correlation between progression the status nodes demonstrated significant differences (p = 0.038): N0, risk was 3.8%, N1 — 14.9%, N2 43.6%. Statistical processing did not reveal groups without generalization by their age, gender, type node dissection, T stage, differentiation adenocarcinoma, levels CEA, mutations KRAS, MSI, We used these determine biological features tumor, its aggressiveness approaches. Conclusions: remains main factor determining prognosis medical therapy appointment. Molecular genetic are currently great importance for tactics personalized treatment.

Colorectal cancer (CRC), the most common gastrointestinal cancer, causes around 2500 deaths annually in Sweden. Tumour resection is still the only curative treatment, but surgery is successful in only about half of the patients. The best prognostic factor so far is the tumour stage according to the TNM classification system which is based on the perioperative findings of the extent of the tumou...

BACKGROUND This paper tries to evaluate prognostic value of various pre and post-operative colorectal cancer markers. MATERIALS AND METHODS In the study conducted in our clinic over a period of five years we tried to emphasize the biological factors of prognostic value in colorectal cancer, and to demonstrate the important role of these factors in predicting survival, but also of early relaps...

Prognostication of newly diagnosed colorectal cancer (CRC) predominantly relies on stage as defined by the UICC-TNM and American Joint Committee on Cancer classifications. Tumour extent, lymph node status, tumour grade and the assessment of lymphatic and venous invasion are still the most important morphological prognostic factors. Evidence suggests that tumour budding and tumour border configu...
